Tractor Trailer Overturned - Briarbush Road

On November 7th, at 1848 Station 55 was dispatched to an MVC (Motor Vehicle Collision) with person (s) trapped on Briarbrush Road. Engine 55-4 responded under the command of Deputy Chief Sipple (55-16), driven by Past Chief H. Consalo Sr. Engine 55-3 responder shortly thereafter under the command of Firefighter B. Olinik, driven by Firefighter R. Johnson. Engine 55-4 arrived on scene to find a tractor trailer truck on its side; 55-16 assumed command of the scene and directed the crew to render patient aid and to secure the incident. One patient was transported to Kent General Hospital (KGH) aboard A-55. 55-16 placed the incident under control and all units returned to quarters after the tractor trailer was up righted.
