Building Fire - Canterbury Shore Stop

On today’s date Station 55 was dispatched to assist station 48 (Felton) with a building fire at the Canterbury Shore Stop. Felton Fire Chief 48-15 (K.Rains) went responding as command and arrived to find a smoke condition in the building. 55-4 went responding with 55-18 (2nd Asst. Chief Tim Conrad) with a crew of 6 and upon arrival was assigned to split crews, half going to the roof and the other half inside to investigate along with station 48s crews. Rescue 55-1 also made the response with a crew of 5 with Career FF/EMT JR Short as the officer and was advised to stage upon their arrival.
