MVC on Bay Road - Bay Road

Station 55 was dispatched to an MVC at 1433 on Bay Road involving a single vehicle. Upon arrival of engine 55-4, Chief Russell (55-15) assumed command. The incident was placed under control, and then turned over the Delaware State Police (DSP). Units Responding: 55-1, 55-4, A-41
