Second Structure Fire for the Night - London Village

At 2153 hours, Station 55 was alerted for the second structure fire for the night. 55-4 (Fire Chief Rhodes) responded within 4 minutes, followed by R-55 (Assistant Chief R. Buff), and 55-3 (Chief Engineer Helton). Upon arrival there was smoke showing. Crews made a quick attack and had the fire under control within 20 minutes. Crews continued operating on scene and overhauled the kitchen and living room area. This incident is currently under investigation by the Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office.
