Station Cover up/ Water Suppy - Blackswamp Road, Felton

On December 16, 2009 Station 55 was dispatched for a station cover up for Station 48 (Felton). This was to backfill Station 48 due to a working house fire on Blackswamp Road. Engine 55-3 was positioned at Station 48 under the command of 1st Assistant Chief T. Stratton and driven by Past Chief H. Consalo Sr. Engine 55-3 was then assigned to provide its water supply at the scene. The firefighters aboard Engine 55-3 assisted in fire suppression duties and overhaul. After the scene was placed under control, Engine 55-3 returned to quarters.
