The Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary is pleased to offer banquet services to groups of 50 to 175 people. The Hall is available for banquets and parties. Civic Associations interested in renting the hall will need to submit their request in writing with a full agenda to the Hall Rental Committee for review. As a public facility, the Hall is a smoke free facility. Outdoor smoking is permitted.
Food & Beverage
Banquets and parties are catered by the Ladies Auxiliary. No outside caterers permitted. Bar services are not available. Lessees are allowed to bring in beer and wine only. No hard liquor is permitted.
Decorations
Decorations that could damage the facility are not permitted. The use of tape, nails, staples, screws, fasteners or thumb tacks to secure decorations or signs to any wall, door or ceiling is prohibited.
Security & Damage Deposit Policy
A $300.00 Security Deposit is required to reserve the facilities. This deposit is credited towards your final bill. A separate custodial fee of $100.00 is required and will be returned after inspection of the hall and it is found in the same condition it was rented. Custodial fee shall be returned to the lessee within fourteen (14) days after the function, pending no damages are found to the facility, or extra cleaning is required.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of the scheduled booking, the security deposit will be refunded if cancellation is at least thirty (30) days prior to the originally scheduled event date.
