The Magnolia Fire Company staffed crews in the Station for the duration of the Blizzard. Crews responded to numerous calls for assistance to recover stranded motorists and to assist EMS with patient care and transfer. The station was also staff around the clock with a Kent County Paramedic as well as a crew from the National Guard.
